Well, probably not, but in some cases, you may enjoy it more!!  You will certainly be pleased with the way you feel after consuming any of these “healthy twist” recipes. PLUS you will be proud of your choices because they align with your goals which will put you in a great mindset to make your next lifestyle decision.  

 

It’s never easy to make changes, but if your goal is to have a different health outcome than the one you are experiencing right now, changes are a MUST.  Sometimes THINKING about change is harder than change itself.
