Gaining Momentum and Motivation to Move Your Body

I know that there are times that you don’t feel like moving your body because to be honest, it happens to me too.

 

You're feeling stiff from yesterday.

 

You've got no energy. 

 

You have too much packed into your schedule today.

 

You just really don't feel like it.

 

The list of excuses is endless, but I can tell you this much -  you are not alone.  We all have the best of intentions and sometimes things that are out of our control prevent us from meeting our daily movement goals.

 

In this week’s vlog, I show you how you can take 10 minutes (which we can all find in our day no matter what we have on our plates) and MOVE. 

 

A word of caution: there is a possible side effect of moving for 10 minutes - you may end up moving for 20, 30, or 40 minutes! 


That is how it works - movement creates movement.  And if 10 minutes is all you can do because of energy or time restrictions, celebrate it!  By ensuring you at least start, you are creating consistency and in turn, building healthy habits.
