Did you set exciting health goals for yourself this year? I love this time of year because everyone is motivated to make change but what I do find is that many people focus so much on the OUTCOME instead of the HABITS that they need to succeed.

This challenge is about creating a solid foundation for your health with simple habits. You will be much further ahead by the end of the year if you focus on small habits and consistency!

I also want to focus on teaching you the WHY behind these habits.

What is the challenge?

The 14-day Healthy Habits Challenge focuses on the following THREE health areas and each category has different criteria you can choose from based on where you are with your health. You can find the challenge tracker here.

I want this challenge to be assessable for EVERYONE so no matter where you are on your health journey, this challenge can be tailored for YOU.

1. Nutrition

Let's cut the crap and give our bodies what they need to thrive! Properly fuelling our body can help reduce belly fat, reduce inflammation, and improve mood and energy.

2. Movement

The more we move around, the more energy we create. The more energy we have, the better we feel. Learn how to incorporate more movement into your routine and what that can look like.

3. Sleep 

I know that many adults struggle with falling or staying asleep. It is one of the most important factors in our overall health and I want to help you get the quantity and quality sleep that is needed to hit your health goals.

Kick-off webinar 

I will be hosting a kick-off session on Zoom on Thursday, January 13th at 8:00PM (ADT) where I will explain the challenge in more detail and help you identify which level you are at and tailor your challenge to where you are.

It's really important you attend (or watch the recording if you sign up later) as you will also learn the WHY behind these habits and what we can do to help our bodies reach their full potential. This is a great opportunity to ask any questions as we head into the challenge so you are prepared.
