With the kids back in school, routines come much easier and I'm ready to press reset and shake off some of the poor eating habits that developed this summer!
Food is fuel and when I don't eat well, I notice a big difference in my mood, energy levels, mental clarity, sleep quality, immunity and cravings. Sound familiar?
One of the biggest challenges I hear from my patients is overcoming the sugar/carb cravings so the focus of this challenge will be on kicking the sugar addiction and cleaning up our diet!

For this challenge, my goal is to provide you the tools and resources to turn these 10 days into a LIFESTYLE (the challenge requires 100% commitment but think the 80/20 rule when it comes to implementing it in your ongoing routine!).
I am so excited to host another free challenge and am looking forward to having the accountability from the group! We had over 100 people join us in June for our movement challenge and the engagement was AWESOME. I am looking forward to seeing some old and new faces!

I'm Dr. Jason Plotsky and I've been helping people achieve their health goals since 2003.
I learned early in my chiropractic practice that our bodies are complex and how optimal health comes from addressing root causes instead of treating symptoms.
As a wellness retreat and workshop facilitator, high performance coach and corporate speaker, I love teaching people how their bodies work and how to keep them healthy. It's empowering to know how much we can do to improve our own health.
I am a father to three young boys, a business owner and a hockey/baseball coach so I understand how hectic life can be. Our health doesn't need to be as time consuming nor as complicated as it is made out to be... it just comes back to establishing small, simple habits and doing them consistently. As a Certified High Performance Coach, I'm here to help you identify those habits along the way!
