4-week health habit stacking challenge

January 6th - February 3rd, 2024


This challenge is about creating a solid foundation for your health with simple habits. Instead of the usual "takeaways", "omissions" and " restrictions", this challenge focuses on what we can "ADD IN" to our routines to help us reach our goals.You will be much further ahead by the end of the year if you focus on small habits and consistency!

You will also be motivated because I will be teaching you the WHY behind these habits.

Education = Empowerment

When you are empowered, you will be able to make healthier choices on your own beyond the challenge!

What can I expect with the challenge?

This challenge is implementing small sustainable changes consistently in order to create new and helpful habits. The goal is to implement simple strategies in several areas of lifestyle factors. These include nutrition, movement, sleep, stress management, and supplementation.

This challenge can work for EVERYONE so no matter where you are on your health journey, you get to tailor this challenge in a way that works for YOU.

1. EMPOWERING INFORMATION

Let's face it. It's challenging to avoid all the temptations, to know how to take care of our bodies properly and where to find the time to get it all in. Learn the simplified why and how so you know what to do.

2. MINI ADD-INS

Instead of struggling with using willpower to avoid what you can't have or do, you will spend your energy focusing on adding in new health-creating actions. It's much easier to add things in than take them away! 

3. SIMPLE SWAPS

In this day and age, it's important to cut the overwhelm as much as possible.  Offering simple swaps and solutions needed to hit your health goals will equal a stress-free and fun experience!

What are the challenge requirements?

In order to complete the challenge, you must be committed to:

  1. Eating whole foods (no processed/junk food)
  2. Move your body 20-30 minutes a day
  3. Go to bed consistently at the same time every night (latest 11:30PM)
  4. Submit your tracking sheet at the end of each week.

Kick Off In Person Event

I will be hosting a kick-off session at Bedford Hammonds Plains Community Center (CPA Highschool on Innovation Drive) on Saturday, January 6th from 9:30 to 11:30 AM (ADT). This will be the launching pad you will want to have in order to get all the details and work together on the plan that will help you succeed.

It's really important you attend (but if you are unable, please reach out so we can send you the recording) as you will want to start off by working on the mindset that will keep you going through this whole process. There is so much we can do to help our bodies reach their full potential!! This will also be a great opportunity to ask and get prepared as we head into the challenge so you are prepared.
